Immersive residential experience

How the programme is structured

Core Theory

Daily interactive sessions, where students discover key frameworks for idea development, storytelling, communication, and presentation.

Practical Application

Students work in small groups to test their ideas, give and receive feedback, and refine their TED-style talk in a supportive and creative environment.

1:1 Coaching

Throughout the programme, students receive personalised guidance and feedback from experienced tutors who help them navigate every stage of their talk.

Guest Speaker Sessions

Students will hear from inspiring guest speakers, including professionals, entrepreneurs, and storytellers who have presented their ideas on prominent stages.

Final Showcase

The programme culminates in a final showcase, where each student presents their TED-style talk to a live audience of peers, tutors, and invited guests.
