Exciting activities in

London

Covent Garden

One of the best things about summer programs in London for high school students is getting to explore the city. Covent Garden is a great place to visit. It’s always buzzing with energy, from the lively street performers to the unique shops and cosy cafes. You can take a leisurely walk around, grab a bite to eat, or just watch the street performances. The atmosphere is so welcoming and full of life.

Iconic landmarks

When you take part in a London summer school, you’ll also have the chance to see some of the city’s most famous landmarks, from Big Ben and Buckingham Palace to the Tower of London. These spots offer much more than a photo opportunity. They open a window into the history and culture of the United Kingdom. On days when you’re not in class, you can walk around these areas and get a real sense of London’s story.

Ride the London Eye

You might also find yourself seeing the city from above. The London Eye gives you a brilliant view across the skyline. As part of your programme, this experience helps you take in London from a fresh angle, whether you’re looking over the River Thames or spotting the Houses of Parliament. It’s a calm and memorable way to enjoy some time in the middle of London’s beauty.

Stroll through Covent Garden

The best part of joining a summer programme in London as a high school student is getting to explore the city properly. Covent Garden is an easy favourite. It’s lively, full of performers, interesting shops and small cafés where you can pause for a breather. You can wander at your own pace, pick up something to eat or simply watch what’s happening around you. It feels friendly, energetic and very alive.

West End Theater

London’s West End is famous for its theatre productions. During your time at summer school in London, you’ll have the chance to enjoy some of the best plays and musicals in the world. From The Lion King to Les Misérables, these shows are an unforgettable part of your London adventure. The West End offers top-quality entertainment that you won’t want to miss.

“I loved the ability to manage my own time, make independent choices, and explore whole new interests. It was a time of growth, laughter, and discovering who I was beyond the structure of home. Living like a university student was fun and liberating, a sense of freedom I’d never experienced before.”

“I absolutely loved it, I just wish it was longer! I hope to attend more Immerse programmes in the future. I enjoyed the interactive sessions that encouraged us to think outside the box, and I loved the networking opportunities and getting a feel for how university students really live in London.”
